Kate Melody Photography?
My name is Kate and absolutely love people! I like to think of my photography as simple, yet intricate. I specialize in outdoor photography, because not only are our surroundings beautiful, yet the lighting is honest. It cannot be controlled as it can be in a studio.
Ever since I picked up my first camera at the age of 14, I knew it was something I wanted to pursue in life. I love the intricate stuff, capturing the moment, or the slight grin on someones face, it's an incredible rush. The main reason I love being a photographer is because, I have the ability to take that one photo of someone who may not believe in themselves, and change their minds. Showing them a photo, giving them confidence.
If I can give one person confidence, then I've done my job. It's not about the fame. It's about the satisfaction that I've taken a good photo and it's appreciated.

My name is Amy and I'm the other half of Kate Melody Photography. First off, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to consider my older sister and I for your photography needs.
Kate and I came together each with a passion for photography and capturing the beauty of life. Though she discovered her love sooner than I did, I'm going full speed ahead and learning as much as I can from her. I've learned not only about the ins and outs of photography but I've learned about myself.
I'm so passionate about each and every photo I take because to me that's a memory that can be forever saved and remembered.
